All you need is chicken breast ( I used the frozen ones), salsa, and taco seasoning.
Let all of this cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 5-6 hours.
Take it out and shred it up. Then put it back in the pot with the salsa and seasoning.
| It does not turn out this red...my flash went off on the camera and we ate it all before I had a chance to take another picture!! |
Mix it up and serve it on a tortilla with your favorite taco toppings.
This is a yummy recipe that I found on Pinterest.
Be sure to head here for the exact measurements.
Enjoy,

ReplyDeleteSimple plus slow cooked does it for me. Thanks for a new dinner idea.
ReplyDeleteSo easy! I need to try this on a weekend when we can make it work. :)
ReplyDeleteDo you think ou could dump all the ingredients into a ziploc bag and freeze until your ready to make this? I'm trying to stock my deep freezer with meals before baby is born so we don't have to worry about what's for dinner!
ReplyDeleteLooks delicious. Can't wait to try this. Anything that can be tossed in the crock pot is a bonus around here ;)
