Christmas Staircase

I was so excited to decorate my staircase after its
but was disappointed with the way the decor turned out last year.  I was determined to do better this time.

So I am super pleased to show you this year's results.

I had the lights, berries, and greenery.  All I had to purchase was the burlap garland and I used a coupon for that so it was very inexpensive.

I'm thrilled with the look.  What do you think?  Much better than last year, huh?

Blessings,

  1. Your staircase is so pretty and festive! I have to go get some lights tomorrow to finish what I'm doing for this year. Unforunately, several sets of my lights died mid production. Murphy's Law is a constant at our house, lol!
By the way, in case you are interested, I currently have a Christmas giveaway going on my blog, and I would love if you would like to stop by! The link is http://housepretty.blogspot.ca/2012/12/christmas-giveaway.html

  10. I think your garland turned out great! I tried so hard to make a garland with burlap this year, but what a fiasco it was. And a huge mess too! I think my mistake was using burlap by the yard instead of burlap ribbon. I'll be looking to your garland next year for inspiration!

My Mama used to say, "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all."
I'll add, "If you HAVE something nice to say, share generously."
